Passenger Terminal
The building of Taichung Harbor Passenger Terminal is 99.9m in length, 47.45m in width, 5 stories high and with a total area of 13,582 m2. It's basement maybe used as an air-raid shelter or a parking lot. Passenger Lobby as well as Offices and Commercial Service Area are on the 1st and 2nd floor. The 3rd floor is for Conference Hall and Harbor Profile Room. There is monitor center on 4th floor and Multi-function Square on 5th floor.

The passenger wharf is 283 meters in length, and 22 meters in width, with a water depth of 9 meters below the low water level. This allows almost all sizes of ocean tourist liners.
